Shipping Policy
Delivery areas
Vulture Project ships to all European countries.
Delivery times
Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 8 working days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination country and carrier availability.
These delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays), provided payment has been successfully authorized.
Shipping costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method. Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain amount (check current promotions).
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your parcel's journey via the carrier's website.
Customs & import duties
For international shipments to Europe, customers may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Vulture Project is not responsible for these charges.
Lost or damaged parcels
- If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, contact your local postal service first.
- For lost parcels, file a claim with the carrier using your tracking number. Vulture Project will assist once the carrier investigation is complete.
- Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photos.
